Power Scaling all of Ben’s Aliens

Hello interweb, Nate here.  So quite recently, a YouTuber by the moniker “Kuro the Artist” recently released a video in which he power scales all of Ben’s aliens from weakest to strongest.  If you haven’t seen the video, you can check it out here.  Being the mega Ben 10 fan I am, I had some issues with his scaling of these aliens.  So I figured I’d try it out for myself and list every single alien Ben has used from weakest to strongest.  Now, some of my list will be similar to Kuro’s but I will have deviations here and there.  I’m using similar rules as his video (No fusions or Ultimate forms nor any future aliens) as to keep these consistent.  I’m also using the same tiering system he uses since that’s honestly a really easy way for me to rank these aliens since I could just divide all these aliens among the different tiers and then organize them within each tier.  So, let’s start! Let’s talk about the X-Men

Hello interweb, Nate here!  So, this is something that has been on my mind as of late.  Mainly due to the recent news of Disney buying Fox being pretty much confirmed at this point.  The X-Men will definitely be part of the MCU in the future.  Now despite that news, I’m not going to be talking about my thoughts on it at this time.  I already did that back in 2015 (yes, this it really has been that long) and you can read my full thoughts here.  Instead, I kinda just want to discuss this particular team in general for a bit.  This post will probably be somewhat of a rambly mess because I actually don’t have any clear idea of what I want to talk about as I’m writing this, but here goes nothing! Do we Want More R-Rated Superhero Movies? – Discussion

Hello interweb, Nate here!  So I recently decided to clean up my blog a little.  The categories that I put all my posts in where kinda everywhere and I had a lot of random old junk posts that weren’t doing anything but making this place cluttery.  So I deleted a lot of old posts that nobody was reading (mostly because they where old and dumb) and reorganized the categories a bit.  This has little to do with this actual post but I did want to introduce a semi-new category: discussions!  These posts are meant to do exactly what it says.  I bring up a topic, briefly (or as briefly as possible) give my current opinions on the topic, and let you guys comment below with your thoughts and maybe we can have a little dialogue over it.  It doesn’t necessarily have to be a long drawn-out conversation either.  I respond to all comments I get on this blog so if you decide to leave a comment below and I respond you can decide for yourself whether to continue the conversation or not!  With all that said and done, let’s get this idea off the ground! What is an Antihero?

Hello interweb, Nate here.  So this question has been bugging me for quite some time now: what is an antihero?  Now based upon my understanding of the term, an antihero is a character who does villainous things for good intentions.  The best example is the Punisher who’s main shtick is to go around and kill bad guys.  Killing is obviously a villainous trait and most heroes (such as Spider-man, Batman, and Superman [well, when he’s not being directed by Zack Snyder]) refuse to do it, but since he’s doing it to protect the innocent from murderers and thieves he’s not considered a villain; thus he’s an antihero.  Many character easily fit this description such as Deadpool, Deathstroke (yes he’s usually shown as a villain but because he’s a mercenary he’s willing to help the good guys if they pay him enough.  Which is rare but it has happened before.), Spawn, Catwoman, etc. but there are a few characters that people have described as an antihero that has confused me in the past and that’s what I’m mostly curious about here. What is a Superhero?

Announcements

Hello interweb, Nate here.  What is a superhero?  No, this is not a trick question.  A few weeks ago, someone asked me if Mario was a superhero.  At first, I was going to say no, but what does Mario do that’s different than Batman?  They both have villains (goombas, koopas, and Bowser for Mario and countless others for Batman), they both protect people, and neither of them have superpowers (if we’re excluding Mario’s power ups).
